Recently I've been intrigued by the idea of living a minimalist lifestyle. I was inspired from a Netflix documentary called "Minimalism: A Documentary About the Important Things" and Lauren Singer, someone who fit all the trash she made in one year into one jar.
In addition, I stumbled upon the blog post "40 Ways to Give More Life," which gives you a list of some ways you can give the gift of life itself in an every day encounter. It's so sad to realize that we've been conditioned to solely rely on 'things' to make us happy. Have we forgotten that just being a decent, positive human being to others is what truly fulfills us?
